Bishop’s Glen Holly Hills, Florida A 270 unit retirement community in 15 two-story buildings, plus a community center, on a 25-acre urban site north of Daytona Beach, Florida. Williamsburg Landing Williamsburg, Virginia A 250 unit retirement community in 15 two-story buildings, plus a community center, on 136-acre wooded acres located on a promontory overlooking College Creek, a tributary of the James River.  Park Club at the Meadows Sarasota, Florida A 250 unit retirement community in 25 two-story buildings, plus a community center, and a 60-bed health center on a 35-acre site west of Sarasota, Florida. Pristine Pines Franklin Park, Pennsylvania A personal care facility accommodating approximately 150 residents, including individuals with dementia, in two buildings situated on 14 acres. The master plan provides for future independent living units. Polish National Catholic Diocese Holy Mount Retreat Center – Houtzdale, Pennsylvania Werley Associates developed the master plan to adapt this 36-acre site to accommodate a retreat center comprised of a central lodge building, two separate dormitory buildings, ten cottages containing four units each, and an indoor recreation building housing a pool and gymnasium. In addition, the program required a baseball field, a soccer field, a 400-meter track, an archery range and tennis courts.
